The Gecko Gazette

IBO weeks traditionally have a newspaper with daily editions. In the 2004 Biology Olympiad we had the Gecko Gazette, put together by Angela Tilden. This colourful source of entertainment was filled with photos and reports about the events of the previous day. There were profiles for every team (except Switzerland) and there were even a few songs.

There were also a few early editions of the Gecko Gazette, just to get the people involved in the Biology Olympiad in the mood for what was coming.
